So... this is where I live nowadays. The LOVELY city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Pretty CN-Tower, huh? Tallest free-standing building in the world... until they finish building the one in Dubai, at least.
Anyway, so far for my first Blog entry... and more to come, hopefully.
By now I'm pretty much adjusted and can find my way around the city... meaning I know how to use the subway and how to read maps. Toronto is BIG. Not Toronto itself (that's only, what, 3 million), but the GTA (greater toronto area) should be about 6. So no fun walking from one end to the other, unless you bring a sleeping bag and enough food ;)
Very impressive city.
And a pretty campus, too (mine, not UofT) - I'll try to get some pictures up here as soon as possible.
Gotta get going, have errands to run etc.
But I'll be back to briefly wrap up what's been happening the past 3 weeks, and to put pictures up and stuff - it'll be fun!!
